PCA Funding Program Guidelines -- Guidelines describing Council policy and history, with application procedures, general provisions, terms and conditions, eligibility, criteria, grant forms and deadlines. Guideline books include PCA funding program application forms. These publications are updately annually. Guidelines may be obtained by electronic download from this site; or contact the PCA to request hardcopies by mail. Note: some program guidelines (such as PPA) may be obtained from participating PCA partnership organizations.
Directory of Pennsylvania Artists In Education -- Directory of practicing, professional artists reviewed and selected to work in PCA-funded residencies. Directory listings include contact information, artistic discipline, education & experience, area of residence, age range for residencies, references, special population experience, and plans and ideas for residencies. This publication is updated annually. Hardcopies may be obtained upon request, or the directory may be searched by visiting the Arts in Education (AIE) section of this site.
Pennsylvania Performing Arts on Tour (PennPAT) -- A publication of PennPAT, a public/private partnership of the Vira I. Heinz Endowment, the William Penn Foundation, the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts and the Pew Charitable Trusts, this catalog of performing artists and touring organizations includes PennPAT roster artists, a description of PennPAT policy and history, with application procedures, general provisions, terms and conditions, eligibility, criteria, and application forms and deadlines. PennPAT provides grants to presenters to support fees of Pennsylvania-based artists listed in the roster. PennPAT is administered by Mid Atlantic Arts Foundation.
