Arts in Education (AIE) is a division of the Pennsylvania Council on the Arts (PCA). The PCA is a state agency in the Office of the Governor, founded in 1966, to administer arts initiatives, partnerships and funding programs, and to provide assistance to the Commonwealth’s arts organizations, arts programs and individual artists. The PCA oversees and administers the AIE Partnership.
